1. DELIVERY
1.1. Terms of delivery
We can ship your order via courier or through slower delivery options. Slow delivery takes from 15 to 30 days. Express shipping costs more, but you’ll receive your item faster, usually, within 20 days from the date of dispatch.
1.2. Shipping cost
The cost of delivery depends on your purchase weight and for registered mail, it varies from £21 to £27. Express shipping is between £30 and £37. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
2. INSURANCE
2.1. General information
In the vast majority of cases, shipments arrive at their destinations intact and without delay. All accompanying documents are always filled out correctly and checked multiple times. However, sometimes an item may be lost in transit or the contents may be damaged. To avoid any problems associated with this, we offer an insurance option, and if an insured event occurs, we will reimburse the full cost of your order.
2.2. How to insure?
During the checkout process, you can choose from two options: “Without insurance” and “Add insurance”. The cost of insurance may fluctuate from time to time. To receive a refund, you may need documentary proof that you did not receive your delivery. But as a rule, we settle the situation without it.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1. Cancel Unsent Orders
If for some reason you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, then you need to contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent yet, then we will cancel it and refund you the full amount. After sending, we will not be able to cancel the order.
3.2. Lost orders refunds
We always play it safe and prepare your orders for dispatch extremely well. However, if a delivery is lost or damaged on its way, then we’ll be able to make a full refund only for insured items. Refunds for lost shipments are processed in accordance with the selected shipping option. Insurance is optional and provides additional protection in case of loss or damage during transit.
4. ORDERING RULES
4.1. Age restrictions
Since our store sells tobacco products, accessing it, attempting to create an account or make a purchase by anyone under 18 is a violation of these Terms of Use and is also illegal. If you are under 18, you should leave the site immediately. We comply with the law and to place an order in our store, you must complete the mandatory age verification. The identification process is handled by a third-party verification service to protect your data and ensure compliance. Once your age is confirmed, you will only be able to make purchases using the verified name. If you provide a different recipient name whose age is not verified, your order will be rejected. In addition, all orders sent by us require the recipient’s signature, which serves as additional proof of age.
4.2. Limits
Due to transport company limitations, we have set limits on the maximum number of items that can be shipped in one order. Maximum order quantities apply depending on product type and shipping method. Specific limits for each brand are indicated in checkout or on the relevant product page.
4.3. Mixed orders
In order to increase delivery reliability, we also do not recommend placing orders consisting of cigarettes of different brands and different formats. If you still want to order several brands at once, then contact us before placing an order.
