The following describes the international shipping conditions for items purchased from our store.
We currently ship orders to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkmenistan, UAE, Great Britain.
We do not ship orders to the following countries: USA (all states), Australia.
Delivery to other countries is also possible. Contact us if your country is not listed on the ordering page.
We can ship your purchase by express or registered mail. Express mail is more expensive but generally faster. Registered mail allows you to save on shipping costs, but it takes longer for the parcel to reach you. You choose the type of delivery yourself on the order placement page.
The estimated delivery time by express mail is 7-10 days after postage.
The approximate delivery time for registered mail is 10-15 days after postage.

All packages we ship are traceable. After the package has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and carrier information.
How fast orders are shipped out?
We always ship packages as quickly as possible, but this will not always be the same day as you order. It usually takes us 1-2 days to prepare and post the parcel. Sometimes due to a large number of orders received, it can take up to 4 days. We will definitely warn you if your postage is delayed.
In very few cases, a parcel may arrive with a claim of Customs duties. Typically, these are small amounts from £ 10 to £ 30. If you receive such a claim, you will need to pay this fee in order to receive your package. We can refund you this amount if your package has been insured.
